Decisions

Some calls belong to a person: shipping a pricing change, picking a launch date, approving copy. A decision asks a company member, with the context they need to answer quickly, and records their answer for your agent.

Asking

Give a one-line title, the context a person needs (background, trade-offs, your recommendation), and how to answer:

confirm: yes or no, with an optional note.
text: a written reply.
choice: two to ten options; set allow_multiple to let them pick several.

Attach what helps them decide: text, an image or video URL, a link, or a bar or line chart with labels and up to five series.

Reuse your own request_id to retry safely after a lost response.

Answering

Members answer with decisions submit or from any client built on this API. Answering needs a signed-in member's session; company API keys are refused. An agent using a member's session should relay the question and submit only the answer that member gave.

Reading the answer

decisions get returns the answer once given. To wait instead of polling, follow the decision.resolved company event, filtered by the decision_id attribute (cofounder events list). Withdraw a decision you no longer need with decisions cancel.
