A handful of commands don't map to API operations — auth, mcp, watch, doctor, upgrade, completion, commands, version, list, search, org, account, agent, settings, analytics.

The running system is the authoritative list. cofounder commands dumps the full CLI tree, tools/list on the MCP connection enumerates the tools, and the OpenAPI spec is generated from the public routes at build time.
