Every change to the application takes --data-source-summary (where the facts came from, such as "legal name confirmed by the founder") and --user-prompt (what the founder asked for). SSN and passport details are refused here — the founder enters them only on Ramp's page.

progress returns a deep link whenever Ramp needs the founder — identity details such as SSN are only ever entered there.

Ramp may come back with follow-up questions. Each one says who should answer it: answer the ones marked AGENT yourself, and hand the founder the deep link for the rest.

Send the answers with followups submit once followups list says the application is ready and the founder has said yes. Check the uploaded documents before adding another, and delete a duplicate or wrong upload only after the founder confirms.

Pick the state and industry, then submit:

cofounder company incorporate submit takes the state, NAICS code, a short description, three or more --name-option candidates, and a mailing address. It spends money: it prompts to confirm the filing fee, or pass --yes with --snapshot <fee-cents> set to the filing_fee_cents that options list --lookup states quoted. On MCP, company_incorporation_submit carries the same fee confirmation. The longer form, cofounder company incorporation submit --confirm-fee --filing-fee-cents <cents> ..., takes the mailing address as one JSON value. If Ramp's fee has changed since you quoted it, the filing is rejected rather than charged.

After filing, cofounder company incorporation registration-status get follows the government filing and shows the EIN once it's issued (company_incorporation_registration_status_get on MCP).
