path. MCP tool names use the same words joined with underscores, like

CLI-only commands
These commands don't map to API operations: auth, mcp, watch,
doctor, upgrade, completion, commands, version, search, docs,
org, agent, instructions.

None of these has a generated CLI command. company_app_thread_open and
the *_show tools open the app from a host's
UI, and user_settings_page_get and user_settings_page_update back
ChatGPT's settings page. They're host plumbing, not tools the model calls.
Info
The running system has the authoritative list. cofounder commands prints
the full CLI tree, tools/list on the MCP connection lists the tools, and
the OpenAPI spec is generated from the public routes at build time.
